Rapid Profit Growth

A Rapid Profit Growth (RPG) strategy is a bold strategy developed by only the most courageous and innovative leadership teams in today's companies. The essence of the RPG strategy is charting a course for a company that targets turning its current top line revenue into its future bottom line profit, in four years. Eli Goldratt, the founder of the Theory of Constraints, developed this claim in 2003 and calls it a Viable Vision. Collins and Porras, in their well respected book "Built to Last" written in 1994 describe a similar concept known as a Big Hairy Audacious Goal. Regardless of the name or the claim, paramount to developing and implementing an RPG Strategy is the complete commitment from a company's leadership team, and the tools and methods to synchronize a business around its key leverage points.

The three main stages of developing and implementing an RPG Strategy are:

Strategy Design Solution Implementation Training & Education
CMS Business
Audit
Operation Management Theory of Constraints
RPG Strategy Development Process Finance & Measurement Lean Manufacturing
  Sales & Marketing Six Sigma
  Supply Chain Replenishment Change Management
