In his career, Pete has performed a variety of finance, academic and business consulting functions. Pete’s finance experience is based in high volume manufacturing and service environments. His business consulting experience is related to manufacturing and distribution organizations in the areas of strategy development, operations management, financial management, business planning, and software implementation. Industries include automotive, consumer goods, construction, retail and high-tech. As part of CMS Inc. Pete is helping clients focus their improvement efforts to quickly achieve their growth and profitability targets through a system-based approach to business management.

Pete has 10 years of combined industry and consulting experience. In addition, he has taught Financial Accounting at Conestoga College, and Advanced Management Accounting at Wilfrid Laurier University. He has had articles published nationally covering topics such as forecasting, supply chain collaboration, and connecting measures with behaviour.

Pete is a Certified Management Accountant, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
