In his career, Jack has performed a variety of engineering, executive and business consulting functions. Jack’s engineering and executive experience is based in high volume, engineer to order, and high tech manufacturing environments. His business consulting experience is related to manufacturing and distribution organizations in the areas of strategy development, operations management, financial management, and sales & marketing. In addition, Jack has extensive experience in the implementation of supply chain collaboration strategies. As part of CMSI Inc., Jack is helping clients focus their improvement efforts to quickly achieve their growth and profitability targets through a system-based approach to business management. 

Jack has 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience. As a former Director and Head of Operations for a high-tech manufacturer, and as a former Ernst & Young Management Consultant, Jack’s work focused on developing and implementing business wide operational solutions to improve companies’ profitability. 

In addition, he holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario as well as a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo and is certified by the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization in all fields of TOC.
