Duncan specializes in assisting organizations improve their performance and the performance of their supply chain by developing and implementing Theory of Constraints based strategies focused on  increased growth and profitability.

Duncan has 15 years of combined industry and consulting experience. As a former member of the Senior Team with a National Industrial Distributor, and as a former Consulting Manager with Ernst & Young Consulting Services Inc., Duncan’s work focused on developing and implementing enterprise wide business strategies to assist companies re-focus and sharpen their business direction towards growth and profitability.

Duncan’s industry specialties are Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer Goods Manufacturing as well as Industrial, Wholesale and Retail Distribution.

Duncan is certified by the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization in all fields of TOC including: Holistic Strategy, Operations Management, Distribution Management, Finance and Metrics, Thinking Processes, and Project Management. In addition, he holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from The University of Calgary.
