Jos has performed a variety of consulting and project management functions for many Fortune 500 global companies - ranging from manufacturing to wholesale and retail. He has an expert understanding of how to synchronize business processes both within companies and across supply chains.  His areas of specialization include: distribution, merchandising  and off shoring business processes.

Jos has 12 years of combined industry and consulting experience. After several managerial positions in production environments Jos spent the last 6 years working with one of the world’s leading supply chain consultancies, based in the Netherlands.  As this organization's  Director Competence Center, he was the architect of building the Theory of Constraint’s Distribution and Supply Chain body of knowledge with a specific emphasis on translating the concepts into ‘real world’ application.

Jos is certified by the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization in Distribution Management and he holds a combined engineer and business administration Master degree from the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands.
